Firearms expert and Ostian Admiral Janek Zai has sent word he'd like to speak with you.
Journal[ | ]
Admiral Zai—Ostian naval officer and firearms expert—has decided to stay in Ramsgate to help in the fight against the Behemoths. He's offered to provide you with new tools for that effort: firearms known as Ostian Repeaters and explosive grenades. He has also offered to craft repeater components called prisms that will focus the power of your new weapons in specific ways, if you can provide the necessary materials.

Markus Boehr: "That Ostian admiral sent for you, Slayer. That's how he put it. "Say they were sent for, bosun". You'd better go see what he wants. Can't have him crashing another ironclad into the city just to get your attention, eh? No? Hm. I suppose that was a bit before your time, now I think about it."

Janek Zai: "Slayer, the people of Ramsgate once welcomed my crew despite the unusual circumstances of our arrival. Today I may be an exiled admiral without a ship, but I'm also trained in weapons design. I'm staying in the fight to ensure Slayers have the most powerful Ostian arms available."
Janek Zai: "What do you say we start with... a bang?"
"I-apologies, Slayer. I've been spending way too many evenings matching with with the bosun down at the Broken Blade. I fear his sense of humour, such as it is, may be rubbing off on me.
