The aethersmith of Ramsgate, Arkan Drew, believes the portal from Ramsgate to the Umbral deeps may still be open somehow. Slay umbral Behemoths and collect void relics to gather the data he needs to pinpoint that connection and confirm his hypothesis.

Arkan Drew: "Thus far, Slayer, we've been looking at umbral portals primarily as a doorway through which we might instantly traverse a great distance. Linear travel, if you will. But an open door can let in the unexpected."
Arkan Drew: "I believe this happened during our journey through the Portal Driver. The door, to abuse the metaphor, is stuck open just a crack. I need data to pinpoint this "crack" — data your lantern can collect from umbral Behemoths and void relics."

Arkan Drew: "Intriguing! I have certainly been looking at this the wrong way. It's not about a door stuck open. Or even the door on the other side. It's the connection between them."
