Quillshot is one of the Behemoths in the world of Dauntless. It can be found in The Monstrous Verge and The Yonder Keys.

Summary

This bizarre Behemoth feeds on raw aether that its body metabolizes into razor-sharp spines. It can then fling these massive quills into the air to rain down on anything or anyone foolish enough to be standing there when they arrive.

Notes

  • The name was first mentioned in an E3 preview on wccftech.com
  • The artwork of Quillshot along with a description of the fight was first shown in an interview on rockpapershotgun.com.

Interrupting

Although not a conventional interruption, the Quillshot can be forced out of its quill barrage when enraged. Dealing sufficient damage (ie. reaching a damage threshold) will cause an interrupt, although it is difficult to pull off. Eg. warpike user needs a fully-charged pike blast in order to perform a successful interrupt.
