The Ostian Admiral Zai has discovered some very old schematics for Valomyr-based radiant repeater attachments in his personal collection. Since no Ostian has seen a Valomyr for centuries, he needs a piece of that radiant Behemoth to confirm the schematics are still viable. If they are, he'll be able to assemble them for you.

Janek Zai: "I have many rare old schematics in my personal collection, but I've never built the Valomyr repeaters. No one in living memory has. But I think we can prove the design's still viable."
