Unlike his friend and business partner Moyra Heigksetter Wils Bormen is not sentimental in the slightest about the equipment he uses. He picked up a particular smelting pot at an infamous swap-meet flotilla that once spent several months parked a mile or so from the Ramsgate docks. At that range, the various free traders in the frotilla faced little interference from the Ramsguard, but were close enough to seek safe harbour in case of Corsair attack.
