Admiral Janek Zai believes more Seismic Intel will help determine how best to face the coming escalation.
Journal
As you have already learned, the so-called escalation islands carry so much charged aether that they twist and reshape the laws of physics in ways large and small. But what determines which frequency of aether will resonate and charge within the next such chain? The admiral needs more Seismic Intel to solve the mystery — and study how best to marshal all forces available to protect the skies between Ostia and Ramsgate.
